Getting under the fear radar – your perfect wardrobe

Getting under the fear - Your perfect wardrobe

Today’s journaling task is to imagine the most perfect beautiful wardrobe for you.

Totally personal to you.

Sit quietly for a few minutes and imagine that wardrobe is yours.

Look at the wardrobe – what does it look like? Open the wardrobe, or walk into it. What is it like? What are the shelves like? The hanging space? The hangers? Then look at the clothes on the hangers. Touch them in your imagination. Look at them. Open drawers, look at the clothes in the drawers. Be in the space as if it were real. Ask yourself what you want to wear. Can you pick it out from the wardrobe there? Can you picture yourself? How do you look? What are you wearing?

Then, write about what you see in as much detail as possible.

Then ask yourself. What is stopping you being the person you see in your story?
