Fear journal
Take one day to notice how you feel. Try and spot fear.
To help you do that, your body and your brain will give your cues.
If you want to eat and you’re not hungry.
If you want an alcoholic drink.
If you want another cup of coffee.
If you want chocolate.
If you want to hide.
If you get distracted from what you are doing.
If you scroll too much on your phone.
These are all signs. Signs that you’re not engaging with your life in one way or another. Sometimes fear is at the root cause of this.
“I don’t think I can do this work”
“I don’t think I can get through the day”
“I’m under pressure, and can’t see a way out.”
“My day is full of deadlines, meetings, things I have to do and I can’t see a way out.”
Write all these times down.
